  21.      BANDING:  
  22.         I use a rendering service last month on a big job, and they had 
  23.      several Dec Alphas rendering to a PVR.  When rendering scenes on my 
  24.      Amiga the light falloff is smooth.   With the job rendered to a PVR 
  25.      and laid tape, there were definitive lines or bands of shading that 
  26.      were the light falloff. What I've always seen in the past was a smooth 
  27.      gradient.  Any Idears??
  28.      BTW the company, Digital Imaging, that did the work was A++ in the 
  29.      service department. I about had to have time to recover from shock.  
  30.      Even with a large work load, it was service with a smile.

  32.      PENGUINS:
  33.         Anyone know who did the penguin and 4-wheel drive commercial.  My 
  34.      wife though it was a real penguin trying to get up the hill.  Whoever 
  35.      did it, did a great job!  However, with my super-duper-finely 
  36.      honed-expertly trained  bloodshot eye detected the telltale computer 
  37.      graphics.
